GTIN completeness
Every article must provide a GTIN/EAN.
GTIN validity
GTINs must be 8/12/13/14 digits with a valid check digit.
GTIN uniqueness
Every GTIN must map to exactly one article.

Every article should provide at least one image (disposition 'picture').
BIDEX categories
Product groups mapped to the BIDEX standard catalogue.
MSRP / UVP availability
Recommended retail price must be greater than 0.
VAT category validity
VatName must be 'full' or 'reduced'.
Quantity unit validity
QuantityUnitCode per UN/CEFACT (EA, PR, PK, SET …).
AvailableFrom for unavailable products
Unavailable products should provide an AvailableFrom date when a future delivery date is known.

The Excellence certification will build on Quality Certified and recognize endpoints with outstanding data quality, BIDEX-compliant structure and documented best-practice implementation.
